We regret that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns and refunds for orders except under extreme circumstances
Shipping & Packing Costs
All packages are shipped through USPS. Actual costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the items ordered. There is no additional charges for handling/packaging. International Shipping is NOT Available.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to cancel an order after that, you must do so before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
If your order is damaged upon receipt, or if you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the best solution to correct the problem.
Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period:
Once your order is shipped, we can no longer cancel your order or offer a refund. Please contact us with any issues or concerns at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can determine the best course of action to resolve the situation. Refunds will not be issued, except under extreme circumstances.
Orders Lost in Shipment:
Once your order is shipped, it is beyond our control. If the order does not arrive, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to file an insurance claim with USPS.
