Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from Best Darn Kettlecorn.  If you have any issues with your order, please contact us right away at weborders@bestdarnkettlecorn.com so we can work toward resolving the situation.

We regret that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns and refunds for orders except under extreme circumstances

Shipping & Packing Costs

All packages are shipped through USPS.  Actual costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the items ordered.  There is no additional charges for handling/packaging.  International Shipping is NOT Available.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us at weborders@bestdarnkettlecorn.com within 24 hours of placing the order.  If you need to cancel an order after that, you must do so before the order is shipped.  Once the order is shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods:

If your order is damaged upon receipt, or if you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately at weborders@bestdarnkettlecorn.com to discuss the best solution to correct the problem.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

If there is a situation in which you feel the need to return an item, please contact us at weborders@bestdarnkettlecorn.com as soon as possible so we can determine the best course of action to resolve the situation.  If you choose to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the cost to ship the item(s) back.

Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period:

Once your order is shipped, we can no longer cancel your order or offer a refund.  Please contact us with any issues or concerns at weborders@bestdarnkettlecorn.com as soon as possible so we can determine the best course of action to resolve the situation.  Refunds will not be issued, except under extreme circumstances.
